<p>I&#8217;m going to go to bed on time&#8230;for once, so maybe I can treat myself to coffee in the AM (I haven&#8217;t bought coffee all week!!!!!!)</p>
<h2><strong>GOOD THINGS FROM TODAY:</strong></h2>
<p>1. I ordered a cute navy shrug for my<del> bridesmaid</del> Matron of Honor dress on Ebay.</p>
<p>2. My sister made amazing meatloaf that was packed full of chopped vegetables</p>
<p>3. My nail polish has lasted FIVE days without chipping at all.</p>
<h2><strong>BAD THINGS FROM TODAY:</strong></h2>

<p>1. Our kitchen faucet broke and now it sprays straight out instead of down.</p>
<p>2. My paycheck is already spent, even though I don&#8217;t even get it till midnight.</p>
<p>3. The gym makes me tired and achy, not strong and energized.</p>

<p>Today was a nice food day. I ate healthy, but it was all delicious! At work they had a party and of course all the leftovers were veggies and veggie sandwiches. Yay for me! For dinner I had roasted Vegetables (that my mom gave me) with Collared Greens, Chicken Sausage and a little rice. Then I caved and let myself have rice pudding! Oh how dreamy it was, and yeah there is a little sugar in (14g) but it felt more like a yogurt than a pudding, so I&#8217;m ok with it.</p>
<p>Gym was good too. ABS ABS ABS!</p>

<p>Gym today was super lame as ALL the cardio machines were full (I hate my gym) so we did the rowing machine. We will see if my shoulders want to fall off tomorrow. As soon as our contract is up next month we are going to try out a different gym.</p>

<p>Hope everyone had a great weekend, it flew by for me, but I managed to get a lot of things accomplished. I&#8217;m moderately looking forward to my new position at work this week, which is a nice change over dying of boredom.</p>

<p>Yup I gained a pound.  I could easily say it had to do with lifting weights and blah blah blah, but I doubt I gained a pound of muscle this week lol. But it&#8217;s ok. It&#8217;s a good reminder that if I want to lose weight I have to wait until I am HUNGRY to eat and stop when I am FULL.</p>
<p>But I&#8217;m not letting this get me down today. It still will be a happy Sunday! Me and my sister and Mr. Gaunt are going to help my mom re-do her bathroom today! For Christmas the three of us got her all new bathroom linens (towels, rugs, curtain etc) and a Home Depot gift card to buy paint. So today we are going to finally do it. We also have plans to fix her crazy running toilet and maybe re-caulk the tub, we will see. These are the kinds of things I missed so much while I was in Colorado, and would have killed to spend a day working on a project with my family, so I&#8217;m going to enjoy it!</p>
<p>Oooh! Also if you remember me talking about workout pants last week, I&#8217;ve been on the hunt. I was having the hardest time finding any that met my requirements.</p>
<p>1. No fold over waste band (they fall down)</p>
<p>2. Capri Length</p>
<p>3. NOT shiny (my ass does not need to be reflective)</p>
<p>4. Tight at the top but with a slightly flared calf (or at least not skin tight at the calf)</p>
<p>5. Not $$$</p>
<p>Which is impossible to find you guys! I found a few at Costco that looked ok, but they were pricey $30 (seriously folks, I&#8217;m REALLY poor). I originally like <a href="http://oldnavy.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=37368&amp;vid=8&amp;pid=681534&amp;scid=681534002">these from Old Navy</a>, but they only come in plus size and I like them pretty tight. I also really like<a href="http://www.gap.com/browse/product.do?pid=7826490220004&amp;cid=64493"> these from the GAP</a> but they were $50! I had a 30% off coupon, but with shipping they were still pricey. I came thisclose to ordering them, but didn&#8217;t. A few people told me to go to Luluemon (or their outlet) and yeah ok,<a href="http://shop.lululemon.com/products/clothes-accessories/women-crops/Relaxed-Fit-Crop-II-32166?cc=0001&amp;skuId=3321643&amp;catId=women-crops"> these,</a> <a href="http://shop.lululemon.com/products/clothes-accessories/women-crops/Gather-and-Crow-Crop-32402?cc=0001&amp;skuId=3383353&amp;catId=women-crops">these</a>, and <a href="http://shop.lululemon.com/products/clothes-accessories/women-tanks/No-Limit-Tank-32275?cc=3936&amp;skuId=3435331&amp;catId=women-tanks">this</a> are all mad cute, but like I would ever spend $86 on yoga pants&#8230;ha! Insanity!</p>
<p>So I put it off, and I wore my yucky old ones, or the ones with the fold over waste that fall down, until yesterday. Mr. Gaunt and I were at Value Village trolling the aisles not finding much, until I remembered the workout pants. Now normally I almost put workout pants into the same category as tights&#8230;in that I don&#8217;t really want to wear someone elses, but I thought just a glance wouldn&#8217;t hurt. This is where the <em>Used Clothing Gods</em> shined their light upon me and reminded me to not be a stuck up dumb girl dreaming of $86 workout pants and remember that if I believe in them enough the <em>Used Clothing Gods</em> will always provide for me.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tomorrow is Friday. Yipee! Not because the weekend will be here soon, but because supposedly all this ice and snow is supposed to melt on Friday, with a high of 45. I&#8217;m over the snow. Sooo over it. My car is useless in the snow, Mr. Gaunt and I don&#8217;t work the same schedule, so I&#8217;ve been depending on my mom for rides. Today I took ANOTHER snow day, which sorta sucks, but did give me time to sign up for online Quick Books and get all of our business finances together, which is awesome.</p>

Non Fat Vanilla Latte. Thai Lime Cashews.</p>

<p>Turkey Burger with mushrooms and a little cheese on 1/2 a Bagel Thin. I used the other half under that Veggie Pattie. Sweet Potato Fries. Dried Date with Coconut.</p>
<p>Mr. Gaunt was really cold all day, so instead of going to the gym we went to the pool and swam laps and hung out in the hot tub. It felt like a good workout and a nice change of pace. I&#8217;m nervous about weigh in this week, so I&#8217;m going to try extra hard to eat good, small portions. 2 pounds loss is the goal!</p>

<p>Since giving up sugar (and again, only items that are specifically made to be a sweet) I find that after dinner I do like a little treat. I have been eating dried dates, which I love. I also tried dried Figgs, which are interesting but not quite as sweet. Tonight I bought these dried date bars with coconut. They were called something weird, but I can&#8217;t for the life of me remember the name, but all it is, is date and coconut. They are sweet and tropical, I&#8217;m a  fan.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve also been craving hot chocolate (we are on day 3 of snow) but it definitely counts as too much sugar, so I had Lemon Tea with a little honey. Cured my need for hot chocolate and kept me warm.</p>
<p>Today at the gym I did cardio and legs. I was having some very sore hips this past weekend so I was giving my legs a break, but today felt pretty good.  I leave you with the cutest thing on earth.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Back to work today, which is horribly boring and mundane, but at least it pays me. Oh how I am looking forward to spring sooooo much! I want my yard and flip flops and DAYLIGHT back! I want happy hour and BBQ and tank tops! I&#8217;m so over coats!</p>
<p>Mr. Gaunt and I are in dire need of a little vacation. My best friend is getting Married the first weekend in March, and I&#8217;m looking forward to a number of fun family/friend events over the coming months. Including a trip to Seattle for the Northwest Flower and Garden Show. We have a yard to landscape this year!</p>
<p>Needless to say, today was the same old same old with food, with a trip to my mom&#8217;s for Soup and salad for dinner.</p>

<p>White Wine. 7 Bean Soup. Caesar Salad. Orange Pellegrino.</p>
<p>We also made it the gym despite the snow. Did the regular cardio and attempted to really pump it up with my arms today, they are tired now. The gym was nice and slow, which is how I like it.</p>
