Weight Watchers: Spinach Dip

I bought a GIANT Costco tub of spinach and have been using it in pretty much every recipe I can these days, I just hate for it to go bad. On Sunday I was searching my favorite food database (which I will talk more about at a later date) for spinach recipes, and kept seeing spinach dip. Now since said food database is more about pretty food photography then health, I then had to do a little google search for WW friendly, and what do you know, Weight Watchers had one in their Etools! Sweet! Oh and it used light Feta which I was also trying to use up, Two Birds, One Stone.

Please note that mine looked NOTHING like the picture. Im thinking this is because I threw the whole thing into a blender because Im dumb and didnt read the instructions very well…ha! It was still really yummy! Mr. Gaunt and I also used these new Flat Out Wraps we bought at Costco which have EIGHT grams of fiber and only 100 calories too make tortilla strips. I give it 5 gold stars! Oh and here is what mine looked like:

  1. That looks scrumptious – I’ll have to give it a shot. I wanted to say too…rock the Wii Fit this week girl! I know you’re tired after working…but do it, do it do it! I’m hitting two-a-days at the gym EVERYDAY this week, just to see what happens. Let’s give it a shot, yes?

    Love you.

  2. You’re not dumb, honey – it SAYS to put the whole thing into the blender. Maybe you just blended yours longer than they did theirs. Dang, you could eat the whole batch and it’s only 8 points!
